5 to 10 cm of snow will fall from the afternoon above approximately 1300 m.

Avalanche Activity

New snow represents the main danger.

New snow and wind slabs can be released by small loads and reach medium size. In particular on very steep slopes and adjacent to ridgelines and in pass areas small and medium-sized natural dry avalanches are possible.

Snowpack Structure

Over a wide area 15 to 25 cm of snow has fallen. The fresh snow of the last two days as well as the wind slabs formed during the snowfall are poorly bonded with the old snowpack.
