Locally unstable conditions. Use caution in areas with recently formed wind slabs. Its time to switch to spring mode and remember to use slightly different approaches on wet and dry snow.

Nysnø sammen med vind vil legge opp ferske fokksnøflak i høyden. Disse vil stabiliseres raskt, men helt ferske flak kan være lette å løse ut.

I lavlandet kan det fortsatt være lett å løse ut små løssnøskred i bratt terreng med våt, løs, snø. Husk at også små skred kan gi konsekvenser nær terrengfeller.

Snowpack Structure

Mildvær den siste uka har gjort snøoverflate våt og fuktig oppover i fjellet. På de høyeste toppene vil snøen fortsatt være mer vinterlig, og nysnø har dannet små flak som har stabilisert seg raskt.

Generally stable avalanche conditions. Use caution in areas with wind deposited snow and where the sun makes the snow surface wet and soft.
