Especially adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls and in steep rocky terrain small and, in isolated cases, medium-sized avalanches are possible. The somewhat older wind slabs can be released, especially by large additional loads, on very steep shady slopes at elevated altitudes.

Snowpack Structure

The avalanche prone locations are rather rare. The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust.

Tendency

The weather will be cold in all regions. The wind will be moderate to strong at times.
