In sintesi

The avalanche hazard is Low. Warming in the mid-day and afternoon on solar aspects may cause the snowpack to lose its cohesion and decrease its stability. On the other end of the spectrum, it is still possible to find small, isolated wind slabs at high elevations on steep slopes. Keep the time of day in mind during your travels and only expose one person at a time while traveling in avalanche terrain.

Avalanche Discussion

Cloud cover will increase during the day from the west-southwest, expect wind speeds in the teens gusting into the twenties and thirties. Due to the increased cloud cover, temperatures will be a bit cooler than today, warming into the twenties and thirties at 9,000 feet. A short pulse of moisture looks to arrive in the early morning hours of Tuesday. With no major changes overnight, the avalanche hazard will stay LOW. Cooler temperatures, increasing clouds, and gusty winds will slow the warming trend at the mid-elevations. The possibility of isolated wind slabs on steep, high elevation slopes still exists, though unlikely.
