Avalanche Activity

Some fresh snow as well as the mostly small wind slabs are to be evaluated with care and prudence in all aspects.

As a consequence of the snowfall individual dry and moist avalanches are possible, but they will be mostly small. From the middle of the day a moderate danger of moist and wet snow slides will be encountered in some regions. Backcountry tours should be started and concluded early.

Snowpack Structure

The meteorological conditions will facilitate a slight weakening of the snowpack in particular in gullies and bowls.
