This storm will favor the northern portions of our forecast region. Several inches of new snow are likely overnight. On Sunday skies will be cloudy with mountain snow showers. Winds will be northerly at 5 to 15 miles per hour.The general avalanche hazard is expected to be MODERATE at the higher elevations (8,500 to 10,500 feet).
