Forecast Snow Stability: The snow will be slowly thawing at all levels but will be well consolidated and stable in all locations. Greatest snow cover will be on North to East facing coires above 900m, with only small snow patches remaining below this altitude. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: It will be a predominantly dry day with the freezing level remaining above the summits. Westerly winds will ease from fresh to moderate strength in the early hours. Observed Weather Influences: A mainly dry day with occasional drizzle and the freezing level above the summits. Strong to gale force Westerly winds. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack is moist, well consolidated and stable throughout. Isolated pockets of new snow are shallow and avoidable. Greatest snow cover is on North to East facing coires above 900m, with only snow patches remaining below this altitude. The avalanche hazard is Low.
