Avalanche Activity

The surface of the snowpack will only just freeze and will soften earlier than the day before.

Individual avalanche prone locations are to be found in extremely steep terrain and in gullies and bowls, and behind abrupt changes in the terrain.

Snowpack Structure

The snowpack is largely stable. In particular on sunny slopes as well as at low and intermediate altitudes from a snow sport perspective, in most cases insufficient snow is lying.
