Olympics
Pericolo valanghe
In sintesi
The next public avalanche forecast for the Olympics will be valid on Friday, December 9th. We're expecting relatively quiet and cool weather with clouds and light snow for the western Olympic mountains with partly cloudy skies leading to a gradual improvement in snowpack stability further east. Be prepared to make your own assessment of recent wind drifts, Sunday's storm snow in the southern portions of the range, and the potential impact of direct sunshine on cold snow before committing to avalanche slopes.
