Observed Weather Influences: Dry and generally bright with some sunshine, persistently cloudy over the highest summits. Feeling cold with moderate to fresh South-Easterly winds and the freezing level slowly rising above the summits. ObservedSnowStability: Little to no change from yesterday. The snowpack has remained mainly frozen, firm and stable. Small pockets of yesterday\'s new snow have gathered behind rocks and boulders in wind sheltered locations but amounts are not significant.
