Avalanche Summary

Generally safe avalanche conditions exists. But, sunny skies and warm temperatures increase the chances of small wet avalanches on sunny slopes as the snow surface warms throughout the day. The more dangerous slopes are those that picked up the most snowfall during the recent storm. Recent snowfall can slide easily on slick crusts below. Travel early for better snow conditions and to stay ahead of wet avalanche concerns.
