In sintesi

Some potential persist for a person to trigger a dense slab avalanche up to two feet in depth. Suspect areas are likely to be very steep, possibly rocky and definitely be underlain by a persistent layer of weak faceted snow. The most likely trigger point would be where the overlying slab is thin.

Avalanche Discussion

High pressure is expected through Saturday. Temperatures are to reach the upper twenties at all elevations. West winds are to have averages between fifteen and twenty five miles per hour along the summits. The general avalanche hazard is expected to be Moderate. The chance continues to trigger dense slab avalanches to depths of two feet. This slabs are most likely to be triggered in very steep and rocky terrain where snow depths vary and shallow trigger points may be found.
