Avalanche Activity

As a consequence of warming during the day and solar radiation individual mostly small moist snow slides and avalanches are possible.

A clear night will be followed in the early morning by quite favourable conditions generally, but the avalanche danger will increase later.

Snowpack Structure

The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust and will soften during the day. The moderate wind has transported only a little snow. On sunny slopes hardly any snow is lying.
