In sintesi
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE above an elevation of 8,000 feet and LOW below this elevation. Strong west-southwest winds have formed new soft slabs up to two feet in depth on leeward aspects. These surface slabs could be triggered by humans who venture onto steep avalanche prone slopes with fresh deposits of wind-blown snow.
