In sintesi

Soft surface slabs up to three deep exist on steep slopes and are likely to be easily triggered by humans at the upper elevations and could be human triggered at the mid elevations. Some potential exist for these slabs to step down to deeper layers. Yesterday a backcountry skier was buried to thier chest in Granite Canyon north of the boundary of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Similar events are likely today. At the lower elevations pockets of hard slab up to three feet in depth that lie upon a base of weak faceted snow could be human triggered in steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones.
