Skiers and riders have the potential to trigger pockets of these slabs today to depths of two feet, particularly in higher terrain where the most wind loading has occurred. While many slopes can be tracked without incident, watch for warning signs such as recent avalanches or obvious wind loading. Follow safe techniques such as never putting more than one person on a slope at any time.

Below 9000 feet the hazard will be low and avalanches are unlikely except for in shallow isolated pockets and new snow sluffs if significant snowfall occurs.
