In sintesi

On Sunday, avalanches will be possible in wet snow on steep, sunny slopes. Avoid this type of terrain as the day warms up and the snow becomes slushy. Also, avoid traveling near or below cornices.

Sunday will be even warmer than Saturday. Although most of the loose wet avalanche activity seems to have happened on Friday during the initial warming period after last week's storm, avalanches will still be possible on Sunday. These avalanches will be most likely on steep slopes in the direct sun, and in areas near or below rocks and cornices.

Avoid steep sunny terrain as the day warms up, the snow becomes slushy, and you can sink in to your boot tops. Additionally, steer clear of terrain traps like cliffs, gullies, open creeks, and crevasses, which would make the consequences of a small avalanche worse.

Cornices are difficult to predict, and they can break farther back than we anticipate. There are some large and freshly-formed cornices overhanging many ridgetops in our terrain. Some of these are beginning to sag and droop, and Sunday's warm conditions will cause further weakening. Avoid traveling or standing below large cornices. Also, use caution if you're approaching a ridge from below and you can't whether a cornice is hanging over the other side.
