Wet avalanches can as before be released by a single winter sport participant. Avalanches can release the saturated snowpack and reach medium size.
Snowpack Structure
A lot of rain has fallen. The rain gave rise to increasing moistening of the snowpack. The snowpack will be wet all the way through over a wide area.
