The fresh and somewhat older wind slabs represent the main danger. Winter sport participants can release avalanches in some places. Mostly they are shallow. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in particular adjacent to ridgelines and in gullies and bowls and on steep, little used slopes. In some places avalanches can also be triggered in the old snowpack. These are medium-sized and can mostly only be released by large loads. Isolated whumpfing sounds can indicate the danger. Maintaining distances between individuals and one-at-a-time descents are recommended. More small to medium-sized dry snow slides and avalanches are possible.

Friday: 5 to 10 cm of snow fell during the night above approximately 1200 m. The fresh snow and especially the wind-blown snow drifts, both soft and hard, cover a thin layer of old snow and partly also surface hoar. Faceted weak layers exist in the old snowpack in particular on west, north and east facing slopes. Since Friday on very steep slopes several small to medium-sized avalanches occurred naturally. Isolated small to medium-sized slab avalanches have been released by people in the last two days.

Some snow will fall on Tuesday. The danger will increase a little during the day.
