The snowpack in all locations will be wet or moist depending on altitude with wet snow instability on some very steep slopes and gullies above 950m. All cornices will be weak and prone to collapse. Slightly cooler in the early part of the evening but noticeably milder temperatures at all altitudes for the remainder of the forecast period. Observed Weather Influences: Overnight snow showers died out leaving a dry day. South West winds eased to moderate. Cold at all levels overnight then milder from dawn onwards.
