In sintesi

The shallow early season snowpack is mostly stable and avalanches are unlikely. Backcountry users who venture into cliff areas and steep north facing couloirs could trigger isolated pockets of slab up to one foot in depth. Shallow wet point slides running on a buried suncrust are possible beneath sunlit cliff areas in the afternoon. Normal caution is advised.

Avalanche Discussion

Dry conditions are expected to continue on Saturday. Some high clouds should move over the area on Friday night keeping overnight lows in the mountains near 20 and daytime highs around 30. Southwest winds are forecasted to range from 15 to 30 mph.The General Avalanche Hazard is expected to remain Low at all elevations on Saturday. The snowpack is mostly stable and avalanches are unlikely. Backcountry travelers who venture in cliff areas and steep north facing couloirs could trigger isolated pockets of slab up to one foot in depth.
