In sintesi

At the higher elevations our shallow early season snowpack is mostly stable and continues to gain depth. Recent new snow has accumulated on denser old snow surfaces. Loose snow sloughs and isolated areas of instability are possible on very steep slopes and in extreme terrain. Snow depths below an elevation of 8,500 feet are insufficient to produce avalanche hazards.

Temperatures will be in the teens. Winds will be from the west-southwest at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The general avalanche hazard is expected to be LOW. Our shallow early season snowpack is mostly stable. Isolated areas of instability may exist in extreme terrain. Evaluate the snowpack and terrain carefully.
