Forecast Snow Stability: The snowpack will remain generally well bonded and stable throughout. Fresh windslab, most likely to be found on West to North aspects above 900 metres, is expected to be very isolated and shallow. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Strong South-Easterly winds and occasional showers falling as snow only on the highest summits. The freezing level will rise from around 900 metres to 1200 metres through the period. Observed Weather Influences: Occasional light showers falling as snow only on the highest summits. Light becoming moderate Southerly winds. Freezing level around 1000 metres. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack is generally well bonded and stable throughout. The snow surface is firm around the higher summits but softer and slowly thawing at lower elevations. The avalanche hazard is Low.
