In sintesi
The avalanche danger remains LOW today. We have generally stable conditions and there isn't all that much to be concerned with out there right now.
Special Announcement
When the forecasting ends, the UAC’s work keeps going strong. Summer is a busy time for the UAC. During the summer we are working hard on our fall and winter planning; putting together the Fall Fundraiser and USAW; updating our awareness and education programs; this summer we will be finishing up the website redesign project. Your donation shows you’re invested in this community all year round! You can still be part of the UAC’s success in 2019. Consider making a donation by April 8.
Snow and Weather
We have a small storm that will move through later today and into Wednesday bringing 2 to 5 inches of snow. Unfortunately, weather models continue on a downward trend with snow totals so I'm not expecting a whole lot out of this. We'll have light to moderate speed southwest wind today, increasing clouds and high temperatures in the mountains in the mid 30s. The rest of the week looks unsettled with chances for snow here and there. I'm not expecting a whole lot of accumulation but perhaps enough to improve riding conditions again.
