In sintesi

The general avalanche hazard is HIGH today. New snow added to the snow that has fallen this week have formed DANGEROUS slabs in avalanche terrain. These slabs could release naturally and will be easily triggered by backcountry riders. Once triggered they could pull out deeper layers of snow to four feet in depth. TRAVEL IN AVALANCHE TERRAIN IS NOT RECOMMENDED TODAY.
