In sintesi

Continue to avoid slopes approaching 40 degrees in steepness that face west, north and east at the mid and upper elevations. HUMAN TRIGGERED AVALANCHES ARE STILL POSSIBLE especially on the north end of the Skyline.

Overall, the avalanche danger is MODERATE across the majority of the Skyline and you can travel safely as long as you don't tickle the steepest slopes.
