Avalanche Summary

Most slopes are safe from avalanches, thanks to the sparse and shallow snow cover.

You may encounter some isolated patches of wind-drifted snow on north, northeast, and east-facing terrain high in the alpine close to ridgelines. You can identify these patches by their smooth texture and firm snow. Walk around any supportive snow.
