Forecast Snow Stability: The snowpack that is present on mostly North-West through North to Easterly aspects above 800m and mainly in gullies, coire back walls and extensive fields in some places will be well bonded and stable throughout. Patchy below this level. Any new accumulations of summit snow are not expected to be significant. The avalanche hazard will be Low

Forecast Weather Influences: Winds will be strong Southerly overnight veering South-Westerly during the day remaining strong. Freezing level around summits. Mostly dry with precipitation falling as sleet and snow showers during the afternoon at summit levels. Observed Weather Influences: An overcast and cool day with a freezing level around summit levels. Dry ObservedSnowStability: Little change, the old snowpack that is present on mostly North-West through North to Easterly aspects in mainly gullies and coire back walls and sometimes extensive fields above 800m is well bonded and stable throughout.
