In sintesi

Generally safe avalanche conditions exist with the exception of some shallow, isolated wind slabs near high elevation ridges and peaks. Be on the lookout for warming conditions that may make these wind slabs, and possibly cornices, slightly more sensitive to triggering. Cloud cover, a breeze and a generally well-settled snowpack should keep any avalanche problems associated with warming to a minimum in most middle and upper elevation locations. Continue to observe safe travel protocols including traveling one at a time and carrying rescue gear while in avalanche terrain.

Avalanche Discussion

( Discussion is generated from the previous day's afternoon forecast. )A very weak system will pass over Wyoming tonight, bringing little relief from our current drought situation. Snow tonight and tomorrow will only amount to a trace to an inch. Temperatures and wind will be similar to today, with twenties in the mountains with northwest winds at 20-25 mph under partly cloudy skies. The avalanche danger will remain Low tomorrow, though watching for wind drifted snow and isolated wind slabs at ridgetops will remain prudent.
