Forecast Snow Stability: Little change is expected. There will be a new dusting of snow around the summits with older patchy snow remaining hard and well bonded throughout. Greatest amounts of snow will be found on North to East facing aspects. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: A cold night is expected, the freezing level will be around the glens but will rise during the day to around 800 metres. Very light snow showers are expected overnight but it will be dry during the day. Winds, moderate in strength, mostly North-Westerly. Observed Weather Influences: Around -1 degree Celsius at 900 metres. There were occasional wintry showers leaving a dusting of snow around the summits. Very strong winds from the North-West throughout the day. ObservedSnowStability: There is a cosmetic dusting of snow around the summits otherwise little has changed. Remaining snow is patchy, hard and well bonded throughout. Greatest amounts are in North to East facing corries above 900 metres. The avalanche hazard is Low.
