In sintesi

A CONSIDERABLE avalanche danger still remains on steep slopes with recent deposits of wind drifted snow. The danger is more pronounced on the northern end of the Skyline (Rolfson, Staker, Lake, Spring Creek canyons) which received the most snow out of the last storm. Human triggered avalanches are still likely in this terrain. In areas that received less than 10" and out of wind affected terrain, the avalanche danger is LOW to MODERATE.

Recent Activity

There was one snowmobile triggered avalanche that happened in Rolfson Canyon on Tuesday. There aren't many details but it sounds like it was on a steep wind loaded slope. This is the main concern again for today.
