In sintesi

At mid and upper elevations mostly unstable snow exists. New soft slabs 2 to 3 feet deep in starting zones are resting on slick sliding surfaces consisting of meltfreeze crusts, windpack, and surface hoar. NATRUAL AVALANCHES ARE LIKELY. TRAVEL IN AVALANCHE TERRAIN IS NOT RECOMMENDED. At lower elevations unstable snow on steeper wind loaded slopes and road cuts could be HUMAN TRIGGERED. Natural avalanches could occur at lower elevations in areas that received greater snowfall.
