In sintesi
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE. Surface slabs up to two feet deep formed by southwest winds exist on leeward aspects and could be triggered by skiers or snowmachiners. New snow today will increase the size of those surface slabs. Deep DANGEROUS older slabs up to five feet in depth have been easily triggered by snowmachines. The consequences of triggering a surface slab above a terrain trap, cliff or a deep, hard slab on any steep slope could be severe.
