( Discussion is generated from the previous day's afternoon forecast. )Snowfall is expected to continue overnight and into Thursday with eight to twelve inches of new snow by Thursday evening. Overnight lows in the mountains will be in the low 20s before rising to near 30 during the day. Westerly ridgetop winds should increase to 20 to 30 miles per hour.The general avalanche hazard is expected to be LOW Thursday morning.
