In sintesi

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Dense slabs to three feet in depth lie upon weak layers of faceted snow. On Tuesday snowmobilers triggered an avalanche in a steep chute on the northeast side of Angle Mountain. Similar events could be triggered today on steep terrain. It may be possible to high mark or cross these slabs multiple times before they are triggered with serious consequences.
