Forecast Snow Stability: The snow cover will continue to thaw and soften with isolated instabilities possible on steep terrain but otherwise remaining snow will be well bonded and stable. Greatest amounts of snow will be above 900 metres, below this altitude cover will be very patchy. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: Continuing mild with the freezing levels above the summits. Likely to be cloudy with possible light rain at times. Overnight the winds will ease, backing to the East, remaining light and variable during the day.

Observed Weather Influences: It is mild with the freezing level above the summits. Cloudy with very light rain at times. Winds are strong, mostly West-South-West. ObservedSnowStability: The patchy snow cover is thawing at all levels with the majority of remaining snow now soft but well consolidated. There is little snow below 900 metres with largest patches found above this level on West through North to Easterly aspects. The avalanche hazard is Low.
