From the early morning in particular below approximately 3000 m there will be a gradual increase in the danger of moist avalanches to level 2 (moderate). A latent danger of ground avalanches exists, in particular on very steep grassy slopes. Avalanches can additionally in very isolated cases be released in the old snowpack, mostly by large additional loads. These avalanche prone locations are rare but are difficult to recognise.

In some localities some new snow above approximately 2500 m: This snow will be deposited on the unfavourable surface of an old snowpack in particular on very steep sunny slopes below approximately 3000 m. The conditions are spring-like. The surface of the snowpack will freeze to form a strong crust only at high altitudes and will already be soft in the early morning. At low and intermediate altitudes no snow is lying.

In some localities intensive precipitation above approximately 2000 m: The danger of dry and moist avalanches will increase during the day.
