Forecast Weather Influences: Rain at all levels throughout the period with increasing South-Westerly winds. Observed Weather Influences: It has been a mainly dry day with a few light showers. The freezing level has risen during the day to over 1200m. ObservedSnowStability: The snowpack is generally stable at all levels. There was a thin frozen crust above 700m and some areas of refrozen old snow at higher elevations. The avalanche hazard is Low

Forecast Snow Stability: The snowpack will thaw at all levels. Any recent fresh snow will quickly melt and the remaining older snowpack will slowly diminish. The avalanche hazard will be Low.
