In sintesi

Cold overnight temperatures have formed strong melt-freeze crust on the surface of the snowpack. The general avalanche hazard at all elevations is low in the early morning hours. The hazard will increase as the day warms with the potential for wet loose and wet slabs to be triggered on steep sunlit aspects at all elevations after surface crusts soften. At the upper elevations pockets of hard slab up to four feet in depth could be triggered in steep wind loaded starting zones after significant warming occurs.
