In sintesi

The avalanche hazard is MODERATE this morning and will increase to CONSIDERABLE in the afternoon. Heavy snowfall and strong southwest to west winds will continue to form new soft slabs on a weak layer of faceted snow. As these slabs increase in depth and volume the potential for them to release naturally or be human triggered will also increase.
