In sintesi

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE. Pockets of soft surface slab up to two feet in depth formed by west-southwest winds exist. These slabs could be triggered by skiers or snowmachines in the steep starting zones of avalanche prone terrain. Loose snow sluffs are possible on steep snow covered slopes if these slopes are exposed to direct sunshine or experience rapid warming.

However intermittent snowfall will continue tonight and Thursday. Additional accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are possible. Temperatures are forecast to rise into the 20's on Thursday. West winds will slowly diminish and are expected to be 15 to 20 MPH.
