In sintesi

The General Avalanche Hazard is LOW at all elevations. The early season snowpack is mostly stable and avalanches are unlikely. Backcountry travelers who venture into cliff areas or steep north facing couloirs could trigger isolated pockets of slab up to one foot in depth. Take note of the spatial extent of surface hoar and how it varies with elevation and exposure to sun. With light snowfall in the forecast, this potential weak layer could be buried intact.
