In sintesi

New snow and strong southwest winds have formed isolated pockets of dense surface slab in some upper elevation avalanche starting zones. These isolated slabs lie upon lighter density snow and could be triggered by humans on very steep wind loaded northerly aspects and in cliff areas. Warm temperatures and possible rain will increase the instability of the snowpack as the day progresses. Lower elevations have a very shallow snowpack which has been impacted by warm temperatures and rain.
