Avalanche Summary

Generally safe avalanche conditions exist due to a thin and shallow snowpack. The few places you might be able to trigger a small avalanche are on steep, wind-loaded slopes just below ridgelines. If you notice cracking in the snow around your feet or the snow has a hard, hollow feeling, consider moving to a different slope.
