In sintesi

Up to six inches of new snow and very strong winds have created easily triggered soft slabs to a foot in depth on lee slopes at upper elevations. In many windward areas slick crusts have prevented the snow from adhering and provided ample snow for drifting into starting zones. With shallow snow cover even small slides could sweep users into trees, rocks or over cliffs. Pockets of unstable snow could be triggered at mid elevations where the danger is primarily from impact with objects. Avalanches are unlikely below 8000 feet.
