Forecast Snow Stability: The surface layers of the highest lying snow patches will firm up overnight before slowly softening during the day. Elsewhere, the limited snow patches will be soft and will continue to slowly thaw. Stability will remain good throughout. Patches will be mainly found around high coire rims and back walls and on ridge flanks. The avalanche hazard will be Low.

Forecast Weather Influences: A dry and cloudy day with the freezing level lowering to around 900 metres overnight, before rising above the summits during the day. Winds, generally from the South, will become very strong. Observed Weather Influences: A dry and sunny day with the freezing level above the highest summits. Fresh southerly winds.
