Snow and Weather

General Conditions: Crazy warm, dry weather continues. Highs on Saturday were again up around 40°F or warmer. Wind was light from a westerly direction. The snow surface conditions were as mixed as they get. I prowled around Ephraim Canyon a bit on Saturday and compiled a report: DETAILS HERE

Mountain Weather: Warm weather and clear skies persist again today. Highs will again be up around 40°F in the upper elevation terrain. Wind will be generally light from the south increasing in speed slightly this afternoon. Temperatures cool slightly over the next few days with clouds moving in late Monday. Weather models portray a wetter pattern starting later in the week. We may pick up a few inches of snow along about Thursday.
