In sintesi

Hard slabs exist at the upper and mid elevations. These slabs lie with a maximum depth of four feet and have the potential to be human triggered on steep slopes particularly near cliff and rocky areas. These slabs will be more sensitive to larger triggers such as snow machines and will also increase in sensitivity on sunlit slopes as warming occurs today. At the low elevations where the snowpack did not freeze overnight and light rain occured, wet slides could be triggered on very steep slopes. These slides will be very shallow on aspects other than Northerly where they are underlain by old faceted snow.
