A lot of new snow above approximately 2200 m. This applies until the early morning. Avalanches can be released very easily and reach dangerously large size. Exposed buildings and exposed parts of transportation routes are endangered in some cases in the regions exposed to heavier precipitation. Below approximately 2200 m moist and wet avalanches are possible. In particular in the regions exposed to heavier precipitation moist avalanches can penetrate even deep layers. The conditions are very dangerous for backcountry touring and snowshoe hiking.

The sleet will give rise to a loss of strength within the snowpack over a wide area in particular at low and intermediate altitudes. As a consequence of new snow and a moderate to strong wind, large wind slabs formed in particular in gullies and bowls and behind abrupt changes in the terrain as well as at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions. Over a wide area 30 to 60 cm of snow, and even more in some localities, will fall until late morning above approximately 2300 m.

The peak danger point will be reached by the early morning.
