Avalanche Activity

Wet and gliding snow require caution. From starting zones where no previous releases have taken place gliding avalanches can reach intermediate altitudes.

In all aspects more medium-sized gliding avalanches and wet snow slides are possible especially in starting zones where no previous releases have taken place.

Snowpack Structure

The snowpack is wet. As a consequence of mild temperatures and rain up to high altitudes the snowpack can not consolidate during the next two days.
